Terms of Service

All products are new. Some products are refurbished if they are refurbished it will be in description. Certain items have a no return policy on them. We only offer shipping in the 48 states. We no longer ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to high shipping cost.
We cannot ship adult products to Utah or Oklahoma.

Members are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Member misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Member does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.

UPS to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time.

We ship as as soon as possible. We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.

The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

Merchandise that does not meet the basic standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.

California Dreaming reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above privileges at any time, and/or refuse to do business with anyone.

There is no minimum order.

We do not sell illegal/counterfeit merchandise.

All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.

California Dreaming cannot/will not be responsible for typographical errors and/or omissions.

Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.
